Shipping

We offer UPS delivery for all orders. While we’d like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately, we can’t control any unexpected delays during the transit process. For all missing mail, we will work to resolve it with UPS, which can take up to two weeks. 

Orders placed before 12:00 pm (EST) will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during launches and sales.

Shipment times are from the processed date

UPS Ground (within the US): 2-7 business days

UPS Next Day Air (within the US): 1 business day

If you are unable to locate your delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days from the delivered date on your tracking so we can open a UPS investigation. If not within the 7 day window, unfortunately we will be unable to assist further.
