Returns:
We offer returns at customer cost for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original condition.
We are not liable for unreceived items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is returned to us via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot generate refunds for unreceived returns.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Ginxsi.
Ginxsi reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Ginxsi will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Ginxsi. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
